App questions
Does the app cost anything to use?
No. The Brewster app is free for customers. You browse venues, order ahead, track the order and hold your loyalty cards without paying anything or subscribing to anything.
Do I have to install it to order?
No. Scanning a table QR code opens the menu in your phone browser and you can order from there. The app is worth it if you order regularly - it keeps your history and loyalty in one place.
How do I know when my order is ready?
The order updates in real time as the kitchen works through it, so you can see it move from accepted to ready rather than standing at the counter guessing.
Do my loyalty stamps work across different venues?
Stamp cards belong to the venue that issued them, so each café or restaurant keeps its own card. The app holds all of them together, which saves carrying a wallet full of paper ones.
What happens to my details?
Your order history is shared with the venues you order from, so they can recognise a regular. It stays on infrastructure inside South Africa, and marketing messages only go out if you have agreed to them.
