Prices in ZAR. VAT applies where applicable. Gateway fees (Yoco, PayFast) are charged by the gateway and never marked up by Brewster.
Pricing questions
What exactly do I pay each month?
One price per location for the lane you choose - R199, R299 or R699. On the Managed lane there is also 3.5% per paid order, capped at R15, so a R2 000 order costs the same R15 as a R450 one. Nothing else is metered.
Which features are behind a higher plan?
None of the core platform. POS, inventory, CRM, loyalty, analytics, staff management and the weekly AI Advisor briefing are included on every lane. The lanes differ by how payments are handled, not by what you can use. Brewster Almanac is the one paid upgrade.
Are card fees included in that price?
No, and they are not Brewster's to charge. Yoco or PayFast bill their standard gateway rates directly, and Brewster adds no markup on top of them. On the Bring Your Own Gateway lane you keep your existing rate with your provider.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. There is no lock-in and no onboarding charge - you can leave at the end of any month. Early venues also get hands-on setup help from the team at no cost.
How does pricing work for more than one venue?
Per location, and each one can sit on the lane that suits it - a quiet site and a flagship do not have to share a plan. There is no group minimum.
Do I pay extra for the customer app or the kitchen display?
No. The customer app is free to your guests, and the kitchen display is part of the platform rather than a separate subscription or a piece of hardware you rent.
