Can one hotel run several outlets on Brewster?
Yes. Restaurant, bar, room service and poolside can each be their own venue with their own menu, staff and float, while group analytics puts the whole property on one screen.
Does it handle in-room ordering?
Yes, through QR ordering: a code in the room opens the menu on the guest's phone and the order lands in the right outlet's inbox, with no app download and no phone call to reception.
Does Brewster replace our PMS?
No, and it is not trying to. Brewster runs the food and beverage side - ordering, kitchen, stock, staff and reporting - and leaves reservations and room accounts to your property management system.
Can a guest be recognised across outlets?
Yes. Guest profiles and order history are shared across the venues in your group, so someone who ate in the restaurant on Monday is a returning guest at the bar on Tuesday rather than a new face.
How is staff access handled across departments?
Per person, per venue. Someone can hold a manager role in one outlet and floor access in another from one account, and removing them takes their access everywhere at once.
