Do regulars have to use an app?
No. They can order at the counter as always and still collect loyalty stamps against the order. The app suits people who want to order ahead and skip the queue, but nothing depends on it.
How do the coffee-shop loyalty stamps work?
Digital stamp cards issue automatically on qualifying orders, so nobody is reaching for a stamp mid-rush. You set the threshold and the reward, and customers redeem in the app.
What happens if the wifi goes down mid-service?
Cash and QR orders queue at the till and sync once the connection returns, and the till shows exactly what is still waiting. Service continues; nothing is lost and nothing charges twice.
What does a café actually pay?
Your monthly lane price per location, plus 3.5% per paid order capped at R15 on the Managed lane only. Card fees are charged by Yoco or PayFast at their rates, with no Brewster markup and no lock-in contract.
